The eruptions of ancient volcanoes brought rough diamonds closer to the surface of the earth, where people started mining them, and turned them into a symbol of luxury and wealth - cut and polished diamonds.


ALROSA is the only company in the world that fully controls the creation of polished diamonds from the moment of discovery of rough diamonds in the deposits of Yakutia and the Arkhangelsk region until the scintillating creations emerge from the master cutter’s workshop. The ALROSA Group has the largest cutting facilities in Europe and its own jewelry company, which creates jewelry with diamonds of Russian origin.
